Learn the work by being part of the work.
NJSB welcomes school partnerships for college OJT/internship and Senior High School work immersion. Our goal is practical: allow students to observe, practice and understand how an actual printing and customization business works—from the front desk to design and production—under proper guidance, supervision and safety limits.
Meet students learning with NJSB.
A public snapshot of current and previous internship placements. Private contact details, attendance, work ratings and evaluations remain protected inside the management system.
A workplace partner for practical student learning.
A school partnership means NJSB and the educational institution coordinate the student's placement, required hours, supervision, documentation and permitted activities through the appropriate school endorsement and written agreement.
We focus on willingness to learn—not just a course or strand label.
NJSB may consider students from different college programs, tracks or strands. We do not use a student's course, strand or track as the only basis for whether the student can learn in our workplace. However, the final placement and activities must still be acceptable to the school and consistent with the student's approved OJT, internship or work-immersion requirements.
Students can experience more than one side of the business.
Where permitted by the school and appropriate for the student, NJSB can provide supervised exposure to the same kinds of work areas that ordinary staff handle every day.

What students may learn beyond a single job title.
A printing business combines customer service, creativity, organization, production, quality control and teamwork. Students can see how those pieces connect in day-to-day operations.
From digital files to finished products.
Depending on the assigned branch, available equipment, student age, readiness and supervisor authorization, students may observe or receive supervised hands-on exposure to equipment used in NJSB's printing and customization workflows.
Clear coordination before the first day.
Actual requirements can vary by school. This simple process helps both the school and NJSB agree on the training arrangement before a student begins.
School Inquiry
The school, coordinator or authorized representative contacts NJSB regarding possible OJT, internship or immersion placement.
Requirements & Agreement
Both parties confirm the school's documentation, required hours, training period, responsibilities and applicable agreement.
Orientation
Accepted students receive workplace, conduct, confidentiality, safety and task-specific instructions before participating.
Supervised Experience
Students complete approved activities, attendance and required documentation under NJSB and school coordination.
Practical exposure with clear boundaries.
NJSB intends the program to support learning while respecting school requirements, student welfare, workplace safety and applicable Philippine internship and work-immersion rules.
For Senior High School Work Immersion
Placement must be coordinated with the school and implemented according to the school's approved Work Immersion arrangement.
- Activities should support workplace familiarization, employment simulation and practical learning.
- Schedules and hours must follow the school's approved program and applicable rules for learners, particularly minors.
- Activities may be limited or modified when safety, age or supervision requires it.
For College OJT / Internship
College placement should remain connected to the school's recognized internship/OJT program and its approved requirements.
- NJSB may offer broad operational exposure, but the school determines whether that exposure meets academic requirements.
- Training scope, hours, documentation and supervision should be agreed before deployment.
- Acceptance into training does not constitute a promise of employment after completion.
